For a trailer with a peaked roof, it is not just the length and width that count. The side height, the height to the ridge, and the shape of the existing frame are also critical. That is why we produce your high-sided peaked roof cover individually to measure. The sloped roof surfaces and the central ridge are manufactured to fit your gable or pitched roof structure.

The result is a tailored trailer cover that can be tensioned securely and flaps less than an ill-fitting standard cover. Reinforced edges and precisely placed attachment points ensure a resilient seal on the trailer.

Waterproof outdoor material for wind, rain, sun, and dirt

For the peaked roof cover, we use 100% polyester (approx. 200 g/m²) with a triple PU coating. The material is waterproof, UV-resistant, tear-resistant, and at the same time flexible enough for easy handling. Sealed seams provide additional weather protection at the joints.

Why a custom peaked roof cover instead of a flat high cover?

The biggest advantage is directly above your cargo: the sloped roof allows water to run off to the sides more easily. Snow is also less likely to accumulate over a large area on a sufficiently sloped and stable structure. This relieves stress on the cover and reduces the risk of depressions where moisture can collect.

At the same time, the high cover structure creates protected storage space for tools, gardening equipment, furniture, machinery, or other cargo. The peaked roof high cover thus combines practical loading height with a sophisticated roof design.

Configuring your custom peaked roof trailer cover

You determine the dimensions, color, and attachment method to suit your trailer. Depending on the design, metal eyelets and a drawcord are possible. It is important that you carefully measure the length, width, side height, and total height to the ridge on your existing structure. For special details or asymmetrical constructions, you can also send us a sketch in advance to check feasibility.

Note: This custom order covers the tarp only. A frame or support structure is not included and must already be present on the trailer. The cover should only be used on a sufficiently stable frame that matches the peaked roof shape.
