A. Shipping Costs and Information

As standard, we offer shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Poland, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Greece, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Portugal, Denmark, Hungary and Sweden.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service provided by MeinEinkauf.ch. All relevant information is available directly from MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch handles the customs formalities and forwards the goods to your delivery address in Switzerland in accordance with its applicable terms and conditions. When placing your order, you use a delivery address in Germany provided by MeinEinkauf.ch.

Shipping within Germany:

Depending on the size and nature of your order, your goods will be shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL. Unless a different delivery period is specified in the relevant product offer, the goods will be delivered within 2–4 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, where payment in advance has been agreed, after you have issued your payment instruction).

We offer free shipping without restriction on all orders delivered to mainland Germany and the German islands. No minimum order value is required.

Shipping to Austria and other EU countries, as well as Switzerland:

We deliver directly to Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Greece, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Portugal, Denmark, Hungary and Sweden.

For deliveries to these countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €17.49 per order.

Depending on the size and nature of your order, delivery is made via Deutsche Post or DHL. The delivery period applicable to each order is specified in the relevant product offer. If a different delivery period is specified there for the destination country, that delivery period applies.

As the countries listed above are Member States of the European Union, deliveries to these countries are generally not subject to additional customs duties or import charges.

For direct shipments from us to Switzerland, a flat shipping fee of CHF 29.95 applies under the DAP (Delivered at Place) delivery terms. Please therefore note that Swiss import VAT, any applicable customs duties, and any customs clearance or presentation fees charged by the relevant delivery service (e.g. Swiss Post or a parcel carrier) are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery or directly to the customs authorities.

Deliveries to Switzerland via MeinEinkauf.ch:

Customers in Switzerland may alternatively use the forwarding service provided by MeinEinkauf.ch. In this case, the order is first shipped to the German delivery address provided by MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch then handles the onward shipment to Switzerland and the associated customs formalities.

Additional service fees and, where applicable, other charges may apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of MeinEinkauf.ch. We do not charge these fees.

Information on calculating the delivery date

Where payment in advance by bank transfer has been agreed, the delivery period begins on the day following the day on which the payment instruction is issued to the bank making the transfer. For other payment methods, it begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract. The period ends at the end of its final day.

If the final day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or an official public holiday recognised at the delivery destination, the next working day will apply instead.

If you order several items with different delivery periods in a single order, the delivery periods stated for the individual items will generally apply. A combined delivery at a later date will only take place if this has been agreed with you.

B. Payment Information

I. Available Payment Methods

Depending on the country of delivery, the order and, where applicable, availability through the relevant payment service provider, the following payment methods in particular may be available:

• In cooperation with Shopify Payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro debit and credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Klarna or the payment methods offered by Klarna at checkout
• PayPal
• Bank transfer (payment in advance)
• Payment by invoice for businesses, subject to prior agreement

The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

II. Bank Transfer (Payment in Advance)

If you choose to pay in advance by bank transfer, please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. The payment details and bank account information required for the transfer will be provided to you during the order process.

Where payment in advance has been agreed, the delivery period begins in accordance with the information on calculating the delivery date set out above.

III. Payment by Invoice for Businesses

We also offer payment by invoice to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), subject to prior agreement.

Payment by invoice is not a generally available payment method for consumers and is offered to business customers only by prior individual agreement. The applicable payment deadline and payment details are determined by the individual agreement or the invoice.

IV. Detailed Information on Individual Payment Methods

PayPal

If you pay using a payment method offered by PayPal, the payment will be processed by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “PayPal”), subject to the applicable PayPal terms of use.

Payment in just a few steps:

1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
3. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in using your PayPal credentials and authorise the payment. Depending on the payment methods offered by PayPal, it may also be possible to pay without an existing PayPal account.
4. You will then be redirected back to our website (www.granori.de).

Shopify Payments

If you select a payment method offered through “Shopify Payments”, the payment will be processed via Shopify Payments and the payment service providers used for this purpose. The payment methods actually available to you will be displayed at checkout.

Depending on the country, device and availability, Shopify Payments may offer debit and credit card payments as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Apple Pay

You may also pay using Apple Pay during checkout, provided that Apple Pay is offered for your order. To do so, you must confirm the payment through the Apple Pay service on a supported Apple device by completing the required verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment details stored in your Apple Wallet for the transaction.

You may also pay using Google Pay during checkout, provided that Google Pay is offered for your order. To do so, you must confirm the payment through Google Pay on a supported device by completing the required verification steps. In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we may offer various Klarna payment methods.

The Klarna payment methods actually available for your order depend, among other things, on your country of delivery, the information provided during the ordering process and any checks carried out by Klarna. The payment options, payment deadlines and terms and conditions available to you will be displayed at checkout or provided by Klarna before you complete the payment.

Depending on availability, these may include immediate payment, payment by invoice, instalment payments or other payment methods offered by Klarna.

For payment methods requiring a creditworthiness or identity check, Klarna may process the data necessary for this purpose in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions. Only those Klarna payment methods approved by Klarna for the relevant order will be offered.
