Not every piece of furniture, appliance, or outdoor object can be effectively covered with the same cover shape. That is why UNICOVR covers are available in various basic shapes – each made individually to your dimensions.

Choose the shape that most closely matches the basic geometry of your object. On the respective product page, you will find the required measurements and a matching dimension sketch.

Rectangular / cubic

For tables, boxes, cabinets, appliances, and many linear objects.

Round / cylindrical

For round tables, containers, fire pits, and cylindrical objects.

Oval

For oval tables, furniture sets, and objects with two axes of different lengths.

Semicircular

For semi-circular, D-shaped, and arch-like basic shapes with a straight and a rounded side.

L-shape

For corner lounges, corner furniture, and objects with a right-angled inner corner.

U-shape

For U-shaped lounges, seating arrangements, and other basic shapes that wrap around three sides.

Triangular

For triangular furniture, corner solutions, and special 3-corner constructions.

Hexagonal

For hexagonal seating sets, sandboxes, tables, and special constructions.

Octagonal

For octagonal pools, sandboxes, tables, and garden constructions.

Cone-shaped

For cone and truncated cone shapes such as patio heaters, fountains, or conical objects.

Which shape is the right one?

The decisive factor is not the detail, but the basic geometry. For example, a rectangular grill with rounded corners still remains a rectangular cover. For a corner lounge, however, the L-shape usually results in a much better-fitting design than a large rectangular cover.

Before ordering, also check for protrusions, varying heights, and fixed components. Such details can be relevant for the dimensions and the selection of zippers, eyelets, drawstrings, or ventilation.

Shape not clear?

Some objects fall between two basic shapes or have additional cut-outs and height differences. In this case, it is worth briefly comparing the measurements and contour before ordering.
