Our custom trailer tarps made of truck tarpaulin are the particularly robust solution for trailers where a lightweight cover is insufficient. Each trailer cover is individually manufactured according to your dimensions and tailored to fit the respective trailer or tarp frame.

We use a heavy-duty PVC truck tarpaulin with approx. 680 g/m² as the material. The material is waterproof, durable, and designed for applications where a stable and long-lasting tarp is required. This makes this version particularly suitable for transport trailers, high-loaders, low-loaders, and trailers with a fixed tarp frame.

The heavy-duty PVC version differs significantly from lighter polyester covers. Due to the high surface weight, the tarp has a solid and resistant structure and is particularly suitable for regular use and trailers subject to higher stress.

For additional stability, the edges are reinforced and welded. This gives the custom-made trailer tarp a robust finish and allows it to be securely attached to the trailer. Depending on the selected configuration, the tarp can also be equipped with eyelets and other fastening options.

The waterproof PVC material reliably protects the loading area and transported goods from rain and moisture and is suitable for both private and commercial applications.
