First, you choose the shape – round (cylindrical) or rectangular (cubic) – and then enter the required dimensions. This doesn't result in a loose universal tarp, but a three-dimensional protective cover that takes into account the height, contour, and dimensions of your object.

Heavy-duty PVC quality instead of a thin universal cover

For this custom-made cover, we use durable, PVC-coated tarpaulin fabric with a basis weight of approx. 680 g/m² – the same robust material class often referred to as truck tarpaulin. The smooth surface is waterproof, easy to clean, and designed for demanding outdoor use. The fabric is weather-resistant, UV-resistant, tear-resistant, and winter-proof. This means the cover provides reliable protection against rain, snow, sun, dirt, and leaves.

Reinforced hems provide additional stability to the bottom edge. Depending on the chosen design, eyelets along the hem can facilitate attachment using bungee cords, rubber tensioners, or a suitable rope.

Two shapes – suitable protection for many applications

The round cover is suitable, for example, for round garden tables, fire pits, fountains, planters, hot tubs, smokers, barrels, or technical containers. Diameter and height are required for manufacturing.

The cubic shape is ideal for rectangular garden furniture, seating areas, outdoor kitchens, equipment, machines, crates, pallets, sandboxes, or compact hot tubs. Here, we require length, width, and height.

How to correctly measure your custom-made PVC cover

Measure your object at its widest or highest points and enter the desired finished dimensions of the cover. For the round version, these are diameter and height; for the rectangular version, length, width, and height. If you want the cover to have a slightly looser fit, please include the desired extra room in your order dimensions.

Carefully check all information before submitting, as each protective cover is individually manufactured to your measurements. For special shapes, protrusions, or if you are uncertain, a simple sketch with clear dimensions helps.

Tips for long-lasting enjoyment of your UNICOVR cover

If possible, only cover clean and dry objects and ensure sufficient air circulation, especially with sensitive materials. Sharp edges should be padded so that the tarpaulin fabric is not subjected to point loads. Regularly remove larger loads of water or snow and keep the cover away from open flames and hot surfaces.
