Your large garden table is a few centimeters too long, your fire pit is unusually wide, or your machine is simply too valuable for a tarp that slips off at every gust of wind. That is exactly why we manufacture your PVC cover to measure: a perfect fit for your object, made from heavy-duty, robust truck tarpaulin for long-term outdoor use.

First, you choose the shape – round (cylindrical) or rectangular (cubic) – and then enter the required dimensions. This doesn't result in a loose universal tarp, but a three-dimensional protective cover that takes into account the height, contour, and dimensions of your object.

Heavy-duty PVC quality instead of a thin universal cover

For this custom-made cover, we use durable, PVC-coated tarpaulin fabric with a basis weight of approx. 680 g/m² – the same robust material class often referred to as truck tarpaulin. The smooth surface is waterproof, easy to clean, and designed for demanding outdoor use. The fabric is weather-resistant, UV-resistant, tear-resistant, and winter-proof. This means the cover provides reliable protection against rain, snow, sun, dirt, and leaves.

Reinforced hems provide additional stability to the bottom edge. Depending on the chosen design, eyelets along the hem can facilitate attachment using bungee cords, rubber tensioners, or a suitable rope.

Two shapes – suitable protection for many applications

The round cover is suitable, for example, for round garden tables, fire pits, fountains, planters, hot tubs, smokers, barrels, or technical containers. Diameter and height are required for manufacturing.

The cubic shape is ideal for rectangular garden furniture, seating areas, outdoor kitchens, equipment, machines, crates, pallets, sandboxes, or compact hot tubs. Here, we require length, width, and height.

A cover that finally stays where it belongs

Anyone who has ever had to collect a fluttering protective tarp from the hedge after an autumn storm knows: a good cover needs to be able to do more than just be approximately the right size. Because it is custom-made, the UNICOVR protective cover lies neatly over your object. Less excess material means less surface area for the wind to catch, a cleaner overall look, and easier handling in everyday life.

The result is a long-lasting weather protection that doesn't look like a temporary fix – in the private garden as well as in workshops, agriculture, trade, or industry.

How to correctly measure your custom-made PVC cover

Measure your object at its widest or highest points and enter the desired finished dimensions of the cover. For the round version, these are diameter and height; for the rectangular version, length, width, and height. If you want the cover to have a slightly looser fit, please include the desired extra room in your order dimensions.

Carefully check all information before submitting, as each protective cover is individually manufactured to your measurements. For special shapes, protrusions, or if you are uncertain, a simple sketch with clear dimensions helps.

Advantages of a custom-made UNICOVR PVC protective cover

individual custom manufacturing for round and rectangular objects

heavy PVC tarpaulin fabric with approx. 680 g/m²

waterproof, weather-resistant, UV-resistant, and winter-proof

robust, tear-resistant, and suitable for regular outdoor use

reinforced, hemmed, and welded edge

eyelets on the bottom hem for flexible attachment

easy-care, wipeable surface

suitable as a garden furniture cover, machine cover, equipment cover, and weather protective cover

Tips for long-lasting enjoyment of your UNICOVR cover

If possible, only cover clean and dry objects and ensure sufficient air circulation, especially with sensitive materials.
